Supporters Direct
Dear Jon,
I am writing to thank you for attending and speaking at our recent North West Regional Conference.
On behalf of Supporters Direct, I was delighted that you were able to attend and contribute to what was a very successful event both for Supporters Direct and the Supporters Trusts in the North West. I have received quite a lot of congratulatory messages from delegates and also some of the speakers and people on the exhibition displays which indicate that the organisation and format of the day was very good and that they enjoyed the Conference.
A number of participants have commented that this was the most successful North West Conference ever. In particular the venue, speakers, and workshops all received high marks from participants. Each of these factors helped to make the day a great success.
It was of course, a great honour to have Tony Lloyd M.P. for Central Manchester, David Conn journalist for The Guardian, Dave Edmundson Chief Executive Officer for Burnley F.C., Norman Beverley acting Chairman of Stockport County F.C., and Adam Brown of Manchester Metropolitan University and SUBSTANCE all participate in such an excellent closing debate.
Once again, thank you for your contribution to the 2006 North West Conference.
